2010 SGI Conference Keynote Speakers

JD Crowley grew up in Japan and Hilo, Hawaii. He met his wife, Kim Martin, while attending Bob Jones University. JD was pastor of Kea’au Bible Church near Hilo for twelve years. In 1994 Hampton Park Baptist Church sent the Crowleys to NE Cambodia to proclaim Christ to unreached tribes, train church leaders, and develop alphabets for unwritten languages. The Crowleys have six children.

David Doran is the pastor of Inter-City Baptist Church, the president of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, and the president of Grace Baptist Mission. He has travelled to Africa numerous times and has taught seminary classes in India, Poland, and East Asia. Pastor Doran authored a booklet (God’s Sovereignty and the Spread of the Gospel) and co-authored a book (For the Sake of His Name) on missions. He blogs at Glory & Grace. He and his wife, Claudia, have four sons.

Matt Hoskinson is Pastor of Ministry Vision for Heritage Bible Church in Greer, SC. He served as Heritage’s Pastor of Youth and Young Adult Discipleship for four years before assuming his current role in 2008. He and his wife, Kimberly, have been members of Heritage for nearly a decade. He blogs at Debtor to Grace. They have three beautiful daughters and a SportsCenter-watching cat named Espn.

Tim Jordan is the Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Lansdale, PA. He leads the church in organizing several mission trips each year and oversees its vast missions outreach. Tim brings a pastoral perspective on missions experience and great expository preaching to the conference. Tim and his wife, Marilyn, have five children.

Mark Minnick is the Pastor of Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina. He is currently teaching in BJU’s seminary, and his wife, Linda, is a full-time homemaker. They have three daughters, one of whom is married. The Minnick family works together in helping to fulfill the mission of Mount Calvary Baptist Church: “Taking the Word to the World.”
