MACP: Mid-American Conference on Preaching

Today marks the start of the 2 day MACP, here in the D (technically Allen Park, MI). MACP, the Mid-American Conference on Preaching, is an annual conference held to encourage pastors in the lives and ministries. The conference is held at the church that I am a member of, Inter-City Baptist. The event is hosted by Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, also in Allen Park, MI. This year’s topic, Culture, Contextualization, and the Church is sure to foster healthy discussion and challenge us to orient our ministries around the timeless gospel message in an ever-changing world.

I will inform you as the location of audio and other related resources from this year’s MACP in the future. Please pray that pastors would be encouraged and challenged to hold high the banner of the gospel in the church bodies that they shepherd.
